Lost Revenue Calculator
When you request your full calculator breakdown, we store your first name, email, gym name, gym details, calculator answers, results and campaign tags. We use these to provide your results and occasional gym-owner advice. When connected, our lead management provider, GoHighLevel, receives these details to deliver that follow-up. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time or contact jamie@thegymengine.com to withdraw permission or request deletion. We use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure our adverts. When advertising measurement is allowed, Meta receives a calculator Lead event with hashed (scrambled) copies of your email, first name and country, plus device and usage data such as your IP address, browser details, the page you were on and Meta's cookie and ad-click IDs. We never send your calculator answers or results to Meta. In the UK, EU and other locations where consent is required (or where we cannot tell your location), nothing is sent to Meta unless you tick “Allow ad measurement cookies” on the calculator form. The box is never pre-ticked and your report opens either way. Ticking it counts as consent for the rest of your visit and later visits, and we keep a record of when you gave it and the wording you saw. Elsewhere, ad measurement runs unless you opt out. You can withdraw at any time from Cookie settings in the site footer, through Meta's ad preferences or your browser settings, or by emailing jamie@thegymengine.com to have your data removed.
What we collect
When you submit a founding application, we collect your first name, email address, and the answers you provide about your gym — including ownership status and approximate member count.
Why we collect it
To notify you when Gym Engine HQ opens, to confirm your founding rate eligibility, and to understand the applicant base ahead of launch.
How we store it
Data is stored securely using industry-standard safeguards. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
We retain application data until launch plus a reasonable follow-up period, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time by contacting jamie@thegymengine.com. This is in line with UK GDPR.
